The Story Behind Chuck Taylor
I didn’t start in real estate photography.
I started with landscapes and wildlife, learning light, patience, timing, and composition. That foundation pushed me to slow down, observe details, and wait for the right moment. It led to award recognition and opened the door to creative work beyond photography, including rebranding the Show Low Chamber of Commerce and producing video and social media content for businesses across Arizona’s White Mountains. When I moved into real estate photography, I thought the transition would be instant. It wasn’t.
Real estate photography has rules and breaking them hurts listings. Mixed lighting, bad white balance, color casts, soft focus, and poor angles can make a great property look wrong. It took two years to develop a consistent, repeatable process that delivers clean, accurate results every time. I learned that natural light alone isn’t enough. I use professional lighting to control scenes, balance color temperatures, and keep spaces clean and consistent from room to room.
That process now defines my work.
I help real estate professionals win listings with fast, accurate, MLS-ready photography, walkthrough videos, virtual tours, and FAA Part 107 aerial media. I personally shoot and edit every project, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and dependable turnaround.
My goal is simple. Remove the hassle, respect the details, and deliver media that makes listings look right and perform better.
