Terms of Service
Licensing & Usage
Chuck Taylor Photographer retains full ownership of all photos and media produced unless otherwise agreed to in writing. By purchasing our services and paying in full, you are granted the following usage rights:
Real Estate Clients:
You are granted rights to use the media as the listing agent and your real estate agency. These rights include usage for marketing purposes and MLS listings. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or sublicense the media to any third party without written permission from Chuck Taylor Photographer.
Airbnb / Short Term Rental Clients:
You are granted a lifetime marketing usage license. This includes using the media to promote your short-term rental on Airbnb, similar platforms, and your property’s social media accounts while the listing is active. Copyright is not transferred. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the media for other purposes. Third-party usage must be approved directly by Chuck Taylor Photographer.
Traveling
Service areas include the White Mountains of Arizona: Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Snowflake-Taylor, Heber-Overgaard, Greer, Alpine, Saint Johns, and Round Valley.
Media Delivery & Payment
Media is typically delivered the day after the photoshoot, though turnaround may vary based on project size and workload. Delivery is via Google Drive. You may review media prior to payment. Invoices are due upon delivery. Media becomes downloadable once payment is received.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Chuck Taylor Photographer offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the quality of delivered media. This applies to media quality only. It does not apply to unprepared properties or conditions affected by weather. Report any issues within 72 hours.
Unprepared, Inclement Weather, or No-Show
If a property is not ready, we’ll either shoot as-is or work with you to resolve the issue. We do not provide staging or cleaning. Weather delays and surprises happen—we get it. No rescheduling fee will be charged for weather-related issues or other unavoidable delays. We’ll work with you to keep things on track. Together is Better™.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fees. If something comes up, just contact us as early as possible. We’re here to make things easier. Together is Better™.
