Terms of Service

Licensing & Usage

Adventurepiece | Chuck Taylor Photographer retains all ownership of the photos and media produced, unless otherwise agreed upon through a written contract. By purchasing our products and paying in full, you acquire the rights to use the media as specified below:

Real Estate Clients: By purchasing our products, you agree that the rights to use the media extend to you as the listing agent and your real estate agency. Your rights allow you to use the photos, videos, and other media for marketing purposes, including listing on Multiple Listing Services (MLS). You agree not to sell, transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights or the media to any third party without written consent from Adventurepiece | Chuck Taylor Photographer.

Airbnb/Short Term Rental Clients: By purchasing the products, you acknowledge that the rights to use the media extend solely to you, as the homeowner or property manager. Purchasing an Airbnb/Short Term Rental media package grants you a lifetime marketing usage license. This license allows you to use the photos for marketing your property on Airbnb or other similar platforms, as well as your property's social media for as long as the listing remains active. This license does not grant copyright ownership of the media provided, and you agree not to sell, transfer, sublicense, or use the media for any purposes other than marketing your property as an Airbnb/Short Term Rental. Any requests for purchasing or using the media by another party must be referred to Adventurepiece | Chuck Taylor Photographer to acquire the proper usage rights.

Traveling

We proudly serve the White Mountains of Arizona, including Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Snowflake-Taylor, Heber-Overgaard, Greer, Alpine, Saint Johns, and Round Valley. A travel fee of $0.75 per mile applies after 50 miles from Show Low, AZ, up to 85 miles. After 85 miles, the travel fee increases to $1.25 per mile, with additional charges applying only to miles exceeding 85.

Media Delivery & Payment

Photography media is typically delivered the day following the photoshoot. Exceptions may occur depending on the size of the property, the volume of media produced, and workload. All media will be delivered via Google Drive, if applicable. You will have access to review the media before payment. Invoices are due upon media delivery, and media will be available for immediate download once payment is received.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Adventurepiece | Chuck Taylor Photographer offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the quality of the photos and services provided. This guarantee applies only to the quality of the media itself. Media for homes that are unprepared or not rescheduled due to inclement weather is not covered, as these situations are beyond our control. Please report any quality issues with the media within 72 hours; after this period, it will be assumed that the media was satisfactory.

Unprepared, Inclement Weather, or No-Show

If the property is unprepared for the photoshoot, we will either shoot "as-is" or work with you to address the situation. Adventurepiece | Chuck Taylor Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, preparing, or staging the property, including during inclement weather. However, we understand that in this real estate market, “shit happens.” Things don’t always go as planned, and we want to work with you to make things right. If you need to reschedule due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will not charge a rescheduling fee for weather-related delays or other issues beyond your control. We’re here to work together—Together is Better™.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things can change unexpectedly in the real estate market. So, we do not charge a cancellation fee. If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. We’re here to work with you and make things easier. Together is Better™.
